NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Police in North Charleston are conducting a death investigation after responding to a reported shooting. Police responded to the 4600 block of Lowell Drive just before 1:30 p.m., police spokesman Harve Jacobs said. Once there, police found a man dead inside an apartment, he said.

Noland Clark was identified by Charleston County Coroner as the man killed on Nov. 29 after reportedly pointing a gun at two North Charleston police officers

Charleston County’s coroner identified a man who died in an officer-involved shooting last Friday afternoon. Noland H. Clark, 47, of North Charleston died from a gunshot wound while still on the scene at Cherokee and Navajo Streets.
