A sniper with the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team shot and killed a man accused of shooting at condo units and law enforcement near Ormond-By-The-Sea on Thanksgiving, according to Sheriff Mike Chitwood.

A heavily armed man fired more than 200 rounds at neighbors and sheriff's deputies from his Ormond-by-the-Sea condo, the VCSO said.
