A pair of jiffy hinges, one set of micro registration, 1 diy vacuum table and a couple of screens 500 usd more than enough. Besides I also think that for exterior use screen printing inks might outlast solvent inks.

The company answering knows about the products and not sure if they provide screen printing, heat press, etc or what but they are in the industry.

The dipping time is only about 30 seconds or less with fresh chemicals. Pressure wash one while one is in the tank. Even that is too long in the tank.
