I definitely agree that there definitely is a worry that the Gizelle/Karen dynamic might be strained due to S5’s darkness - which is a shame, because I actually think it was incredibly valid to call Gizelle out on her questionable relationship with Jamal, but it’s just a huge case of wrong time to being it up.

Dec 16, 2022 · Gizelle can be messy but also have unconscious biases against darker skinned people. Her selection of a partner does not erase that. I can give examples of men, like the well known segregationist/racist Strom Thurmond, who had a relationship and a child with a black woman. So it's not a stretch for Gizelle to have biases yet marry Jamal Bryant.

I see a lot of people all over not understanding trademark and that one must defend their trademark to keep it.
