This version will give you some feedback about what’s going on. launch dist/openvibe-coadapt-p300-stimulator.sh. When you are ready to proceed, press the s key on the keyboard. Read the links above on the "Basic" and "X-Dawn" spellers. They are already setup for OpenViBE 1.2, the latest version. The much older CoAdapt speller (which Jeremy used for his tutorial) is still at OpenViBE 0.18 level, which could pose lots of hurtles for you. Suggest you try the two spellers supported at 1.2.
Using Recorded OpenBCI Data in OpenViBE
Jan 26, 2015 · OpenViBE’s CSV reader requires time-stamped samples, and it expects the samples to arrive in microvolt units. The OpenBCI data doesn’t include a time stamp, but only a one-byte sample ID (which loops every 256 samples), and the OpenBCI’s raw 24-bit EEG values will throw OpenViBE for a loop unless converted to microvolts first.

Nov 5, 2019 · Nevertheless the OpenBCI_GUI software changed server settings of the OpenVIBE data acquisitioner. The LSL stream couldn't recognise the EEG data anymore after that. Due to programming limitations we have to stick with OpenVIBE so we are looking for someone who is familiar with this problem and can help us with it.

Oct 21, 2015 · The edfbrowser can create csv text files from EEG recordings. One column per EEG channel. This is very close to the format that the OpenBCI_GUI creates.

Feb 24, 2015 · I've already tried this in the past, to exchange an OpenViBE installation between computers, and for this to work, if I remember correctly, the destination folder must have exactly the same path, eg: /home/doe/openvibe-git/dist on both computers. + of course compatible external libs (don't try different distributions or architectures).
