Aug 5, 2015 · I’m a huge Bruce fan. Do a bunch of his stuff when I do solo acoustic gigs. Never been in a band that did more than Born to Run or Glory Days though. Last summer I did some gigs with a Jersey Shore band that does a TON of Bruce. So I had to sit down and learn what Bruce/Little Steven/Nils are actually doing. Was really eye-opening.

Does anyone like their PRS guitars MORE than their Gibson?
Oct 10, 2024 · at my gig last weekend, our lead guitarist was playing a PRS SE CU24 and a LP Tribute satin gold. I was playing a Les Paul Classic, but I am hidden behind my keyboard rig playing maybe 1/3 of the songs on guitar and the rest on keyboard and of course he gets all the fancy solos. So people are going to notice him a lot more.

Jan 4, 2017 · Although more important to me is communication on stage. The band leader needs to have eye contact with everyone to lead the band. Often times this is the singer and putting them out front makes sense. Also I find it helpful for the guitarist to be next to the keyboard player so they can communicate about parts and chords voicing's.
