Navigating the support guide, all the info there either was not applicable (e.g. instructions on how to find a CD key that seem to be for an older version of Steam) or told me to contact Bioware (with a link to a page that does not exist).

Help I forgot Bioware or Game login, or whatever - Answer HQ
So I went to BioWare Social to check it out, I couldn't log in at all. For two reasons. 1- I haven't played DAO in years, and since moved out of state so of course my email has changed. I have it corrected with ORGIN though. I downloaded the game from Orgin, went to start the game and of course when I go to log in so I can get my DLC's.

So a little while ago EA provided this download page which provided download links to various DLC for older "classic" games (for those who don't use those games on Origin). However now the links to the DLC for BioWare titles - Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age II, Mass Effect & Mass Effect 2 no longer work.

I also tried the "Redeem code" option in the game below the name of the DLC but the go.bioware.com page won't load and a message that the "time delay exceeded" is the only thing I get.
