Evacuation areas are still closed to the public. These areas are deemed unsafe. Here is a the dash camera video from one of our OSP Troopers driving on Highway 22 in the level 3 evacuation area. He was responding to a call, when his vehicle was struck by a falling tree that crossed the highway. Our Trooper was lucky and wasn’t injured, but it could have been so much worse.
