This past week was spent dialing in the cylinder to cylinder variation, and i’m finally happy where it ended up. Over 20 revisions with subtle geometry changes and about 200hrs of computation time to get to this point. Flow recirculation and hot spots were removed and will yield better results when it’s on the vehicle. Don’t want to reveal too much yet, but this shape took a while to get right. Mercedes did a good job from the factory routing the flow to evenly hit all cylinders. #m177 #c63 #cfd
