One of the best decisions I've made was learning how to squat properly and at depth from the start, this has pretty much has allowed me to develop strength in that bottom position (ATG) so that I don’t have to feel like I’m arbitrarily stopping my rom early or risk failing due to going lower than I usually do. That said I know that some people with long femurs struggle to hit depth at all so take this advice at your own individual level. Whatever depth that your body proportions, I highly recomm
