To fix anterior rotation at your hips, start with the Psoas. This muscles tightens when you're desk bound and don't move much (sitting also weakens the glutes). The two muscle groups have a close relationship to each other. Movement is the key. Massage will help release the psoas but it ought to be followed up with movement.
