On this day December 3, 2022… little Bumbie, our Sable Merle Smooth Collie puppy with his very unique stripe, was doing his full hippity-hoppity routine trying to wiggle out of his new Disney Mickey Mouse harness. Loved his big ol ears back then, and he kind of did grow into them. It was pretty funny, and then a few minutes later he was completely settled in, just taking in the birds, the leaves, and all the outdoor sounds. Hard to believe he’s three now, but these moments still make me smile. �

Three weeks ago we were blessed with a singleton puppy, and sable merle girl named Zip-a-dee-do-da Zip-a-dee-ay (call name = Sunshine). There are pluses and minuses with a single pup. Pro: she is big...5.6 lbs at 3 weeks. Con: she doesn't have siblings for socialization and to teach manners. So she's been spending time with the adults.
